Licenses & Compliance

Platform Compliance Status
As a technology platform, HempDash does not hold hemp manufacturing or retail licenses. We connect consumers with independently licensed vendors who maintain their own compliance. Below is our platform's operational compliance status.
Important: Platform vs. Vendor Licensing
HempDash operates as a technology platform similar to food delivery services. We do not manufacture, process, or hold inventory of hemp products. All products are sold by independently licensed vendors who maintain their own state and local licenses. We verify vendor compliance before onboarding.
